Dr. Ryan Bader

Dr. Ryan Bader was born in Springfield, MO, and graduated High School from Marshfield, MO. In 1998 he graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Animal Science and went on to be a herdsman for a cow/calf operation in North Carolina. While he was in North Carolina he decided that he wanted to pursue veterinary medicine and he and his wife, Sarah, returned to Missouri with that mission in mind. Upon returning to Missouri, Dr. Bader worked for The University of Missouri’s Dairy Farm and was also a research assistant for the large animal Vet School Department, specializing in mastitis. During vet school, he focused on training and education to be a mixed animal practitioner. In 2008 Dr. Bader graduated from The University of Missouri’s School of Veterinary Medicine. He worked in Jefferson City, MO at a mixed animal practice for five years. In August of 2013, Dr. Bader founded Seven Hills Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Bader and his wife, Sarah, have a son and daughter and two dogs. Dr. Bader is involved in Boy Scouts and enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, fishing, camping and playing golf. He is a member of the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association and Missouri Veterinary Medicine Association.


Staff



Sarah

Sarah is excited to be assisting her husband, Dr. Bader, with clinic administration duties. With a Bachelor and Master degree in Social Work, she enjoys working with people and interacting with the community through her involvement with the Nixa Area Chamber of Commerce and Nixa Public Schools as the clinic representative. In addition to family, she also enjoys spending time with her friends, studio fitness and camping.


Lauren

Lauren is the Seven Hills clinic manager. She has worked in veterinary medicine since 2012 as a veterinary technician and customer service representative. She continues enjoying her career in veterinary medicine because of her interactions with both the patients and our clients. She also enjoys kayaking, fishing, and spending time with her husband, 4 dogs, and 2 cats.


Veterinary Technicians


Clare

Clare is a Lead Technician at Seven Hills. She began working in the veterinary medicine field in 2006. She has a background working with shelter animal welfare and is currently pursuing an education to become a registered veterinary technician. She lives on a farm with seven horses, seven dogs, and a cat. Outside of work she stays busy with her four children and attending horse and sporting events with her kids.


Tammy

Tammy is a Register Veterinary Technician and a Lead Technician at Seven Hills. She graduated from Crowder College in 2020 with her Associates in Veterinary Technology and has been working in vet clinics since she was 17. She has two dogs (Daya and Patch) and two cats (Unique and Mittens). She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on walks with her dogs and grabbing a bowl of popcorn while watching tv.


Rylee

Rylee graduated in 2020 with a Bachelors in Animal Science. She has 3 dogs (Jeter, Jacey, and Willow) and 1 cat (Finn). She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, baking and doing anything outdoors. She loves veterinary medicine for the diversity of challenges and everyday opportunities that promotes the health and welfare of our patients.


Kasey

Kasey has been in the veterinarian medicine field since 2019. She has a background working with shelter animal welfare and is currently pursuing an education to become a licensed veterinary technician. Her favorite part about her career is being able to be a voice for those who have none. She lives with her two dogs, reptiles, and her herd of cats. In her free time, she can be found cuddled up in a heated blanket with a good book and a cat.


Kayla

Kayla is a pre-vet student at Missouri State University working on her Bachelor in Biology and Minor in Chemistry. She has a Rottweiler mix named Maco and a 13-year-old cat named Skipper. If she is not working or studying, Kayla enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and collecting rocks.


Customer Service Representatives (CSR)


Taylor

Taylor has been in veterinary medicine since 2019. Her interest in veterinary medicine came while working with equine. She loves the bonds that are built between patients and clients in her role as Lead CSR. Outside of work, she enjoys spending her time with family, friends and her pets. She has two Great Danes (Wrigley & Arlowe) and a cat named Zara.


Leah

Leah has a Bachelor of Animal Science from University of Arkansas. She has been working in the pet industry since 2001. Her favorite thing about veterinary medicine is animal nutrition. She has six dogs, one rabbit and a bird. She enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, and spoiling her four nieces and nephew.


Jennifer

Jennifer has been in veterinary medicine since 2019. With a background as a technician and now a CSR, she is currently pursuing school to become a licensed veterinary technician. She has two horses, three dogs, a cat and two rabbits. She enjoys art, music, hunting and gardening.


Concierge and Delivery Driver


Richard

Richard studied Wildlife Management at Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) and had a career in building material and lumber business for over 40 years. After retirement from his career, he joined the Seven Hills team to provide concierge and delivery services where he enjoys working with people and animals. In addition to this, he enjoys spending time on his farm with 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 7 chickens. He also spends his time with family including his wife and two grown children and their families.
