Dr. Ryan Bader
Dr. Ryan Bader was born in Springfield, MO, and graduated High School from Marshfield, MO. In 1998 he graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Animal Science and went on to be a herdsman for a cow/calf operation in North Carolina. While he was in North Carolina he decided that he wanted to pursue veterinary medicine and he and his wife, Sarah, returned to Missouri with that mission in mind. Upon returning to Missouri, Dr. Bader worked for The University of Missouri’s Dairy Farm and was also a research assistant for the large animal Vet School Department, specializing in mastitis. During vet school, he focused on training and education to be a mixed animal practitioner. In 2008 Dr. Bader graduated from The University of Missouri’s School of Veterinary Medicine. He worked in Jefferson City, MO at a mixed animal practice for five years. In August of 2013, Dr. Bader founded Seven Hills Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Bader and his wife, Sarah, have a son and daughter and two dogs. Dr. Bader is involved in Boy Scouts and enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, fishing, camping and playing golf. He is a member of the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association and Missouri Veterinary Medicine Association.
Sarah is excited to be assisting her husband, Dr. Bader, with clinic administration duties. With a Bachelor and Master degree in Social Work, she enjoys working with people and interacting with the community through her involvement with the Nixa Area Chamber of Commerce and Nixa Public Schools as the clinic representative. In addition to family, she also enjoys spending time with her friends, studio fitness and camping.
Tonya is the Seven Hills clinic manager. With a background in veterinary technology, she has been able to assist with training of technicians as well as many other roles she takes on as manager. She has lived in Southwest Missouri since 2012 and loves the local hiking and kayaking. She has a dog named Sophie. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Customer Service Representatives (CSR)
Taylor has a background in equine care prior to working at Seven Hills. She enjoys learning all the aspects of working with clients and patients that come to the clinic. Taylor likes hanging out with her dogs, nieces, and friends. She also has fun horseback riding, bowling, shopping and watching movies.
Olivia enjoys interacting with both patients and clients as a CSR. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family including her daughter. She also enjoys working out and going to church.
Meghan joined the Seven Hills veterinary team after being in pet retail for five years. She enjoys being able to build relationships with our clients and ensuring that their pets receive the medical care that they need. When not at work, she enjoys being with her family, friends and three dogs. Being outside, in the sun and shopping also bring her joy.
Concierge and Delivery Driver
Richard studied Wildlife Management at Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University) and had a career in building material and lumber business for over 40 years. After retirement from his career, he joined the Seven Hills team to provide concierge and delivery services where he enjoys working with people and animals. In addition to this, he enjoys spending time on his farm with 2 horses, 2 dogs, and 7 chickens. He also spends his time with family including his wife and two grown children and their families.
Kayla is a pre-vet student at Missouri State University working on her Bachelor in Biology and Minor in Chemistry. She has a Rottweiler mix named Maco and a 13-year-old cat named Skipper. If she is not working or studying, Kayla enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and collecting rocks.
Clare began working in the veterinary medicine field in 2006. She has a background working with shelter animal welfare and is currently pursuing an education to become a registered veterinary technician. She lives on a farm with seven horses, seven dogs, and a cat. Outside of work she stays busy with her four children and attending horse and sporting events with her kids.
After working in healthcare Lane changed careers and began working in veterinary medicine in 2018. He has a passion to advocate for animals in his role as a vet tech and customer service representative and has a Pomerania name Luna. His sense of humor brings coworkers laughter throughout their work day. He also enjoys hiking, fishing and shopping.
Tammy is a Register Veterinary Technician. She graduated from Crowder College in 2020 with her Associates in Veterinary Technology and has been working in vet clinics since she was 17. She has two dogs (Daya and Patch) and two cats (Unique and Mittens). She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on walks with her dogs and grabbing a bowl of popcorn while watching tv.
Lauren has worked in veterinary medicine since 2012. She continues to enjoy her career interacting with the patients and their owners both as a technician and as a customer service representative. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 dogs, 2 cats, chickens and guinea pig. She also enjoys kayaking and fishing.
