Dr. Ryan Bader

Dr. Ryan Bader was born in Springfield, MO and graduated High School from Marshfield, MO.  In 1998 he graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Animal Science and went on to be a herdsman for a cow/calf operation in North Carolina. While he was in North Carolina he decided that he wanted to pursue veterinary medicine and he and his wife, Sarah, returned to Missouri with that mission in mind.  Upon returning to Missouri, Dr. Bader worked for The University of Missouri’s Dairy Farm and was also a research assistant for the large animal Vet School Department, specializing in mastitis.  During vet school he focused on training and education to be a mixed animal practitioner.  In 2008 Dr. Bader graduated from The University of Missouri’s School of Veterinary Medicine.  He worked in Jefferson City, MO at a mixed animal practice for five years.  In August of 2013 Dr. Bader founded Seven Hills Veterinary Clinic.  Dr. Bader and his wife, Sarah, have a son and daughter and two dogs.  Dr. Bader is involved in Boy Scouts and enjoys spending time with family, watching sports, fishing, camping and playing golf.  He is a member of Missouri Cattlemens Association and Missouri Veterinary Medicine Association.

 

Dr. Ana Smith

Dr. Ana Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arkansas Tech University in 2007. She then went on to pursue her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University and graduated in 2013. After working in a small animal clinic for four years, she and her husband made the decision to relocate to Nixa, Missouri with their daughter to be closer to family.  Dr. Smith has a special interest in exotics animals including reptiles, pocket pets and miniature pigs. Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with family, their family dog and cat, outdoor activities, and playing tennis.

 

Sarah B.

Sarah B. is excited to be assisting her husband with clinic administration duties.  With a Bachelor and Master's degree in Social Work, she enjoys working with people and assisting clients with their animal health care needs.  She is also family focused and thrilled to be back in Southwest Missouri to raise her children with Dr. Bader.  Sarah is involved with Nixa Schools’ PTA, the Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks, Masterminds of Biz (a professional networking group) and The Nixa Area Chamber of Commerce.  In addition to family she also enjoys spending time with her friends and camping.

 

Wayne

Wayne graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Animal Science and has much compassion for both domestic and farm animals.  He is a native of Springfield, Missouri.  He is a proud father of three and grandfather of seven, a retired missionary, active in his church and is faithful to walk or run his dog, Rosie, and care for his cats, Belle, Maggie & Rascal.  After 30 years of working at Kraft, it is a dream come true for Wayne to be working with his son in the veterinary medicine field. 

 

Sarah M.

Sarah M. was born and raised in Springfield, MO. Her family knew she was an animal lover at heart from a very young age. If she is not working she is spending time with her daughter and family that includes several cats and dogs. Sarah is not only an animal lover but a people person as well.  Prior to working at Seven Hills she worked in a family run business for many years.  These attributes make her the perfect fit for our team.  She is great at greeting all of the patients and clients with a friendly "hello".  

 

Chelsea

Chelsea is a Willard native and has worked in the veterinary medicine field since 2008.  Her passion towards animals has been life long from her childhood pets to her family's goat and cattle farm. She loves being with her family, riding horses with her daughter, camping, and working on the family farm. In addition to two horses, she has a dog named Marley and a cat named Stormy. 

 

Abby

Abby is from Clever, MO and also a graduate of Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC). Abby enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.  She enjoys getting to see all the patients that come to the clinic.  Abby is fun to work with and she is a valuable member of our team helping as a receptionist and support staff with a gift of organization.
